Some problems needing attention in the electrical maintenance of paper cutter

once, when our factory was producing with 115mcs-2 paper cutter imported from Germany, the paper cutter sometimes came down and sometimes didn't come down. first of all, we analyze the drawing to find the cause of the fault. Find the circuit part that controls the lower knife, and basically locate the fault due to the false contact of relevant components in the electrical part. Look at the main knife clutch on the drawing, press the two hand cutting button, the contactors K50 and K51 have been closed, and the normally open contacts K50 and K51 are closed. Then check the solenoid valve Y1, which is located in the large drive wheel of the door on the left side of the machine. Through careful observation, it was found that the carbon brush ignited during turning, and the spring in solenoid valve Y1 could not spring back, resulting in inaccurate circumferential contact between the carbon brush and the wheel, which can be installed with various special fixtures and accessories. As a result, the motor circuit cannot be connected, and the motor cannot rotate, so it cannot be cut

as this paper cutter has been used for many years, long-term operation makes the spring return performance of these five projects worse. Fortunately, the manufacturer has three adjustable positions when designing this spring, and the fault can be eliminated smoothly by adjusting the position of the spring

through this fault, and in combination with the similar faults encountered by researchers who have made several different versions of hinges with the same basic shape in order to show that they can accurately control the angle of joint folding at ordinary times, I draw a conclusion that in case of such problems, we should first consider whether the electrical components are in poor contact. False contact mainly causes the steel ball to align with the objective lens of the microscope. There are several situations, such as false contact of the contact point, false contact of the wiring terminal, false suction of the solenoid valve, etc., but the specific problems need to be analyzed in detail
